I am a digital strategist with 12 years of experience working with clients and collaborators to create useful, usable and enjoyable experiences. My core skill set includes human-centered design research, content strategy, information architecture, and user experience design.
In the past I have worked serving clients in finance, telecommunications, consumer goods, education, publishing and non-profit sectors.
I’m most proud of the impact I had working with Chobani to design a custom intranet solution to help scale the culture at the heart of this rapidly growing company. Quality product is core to Chobani’s mission and 80% of the employees work in factory production roles – through embedded research programs, follow-alongs, and collaborative design sessions I led a design team to develop an empathetic solution for the workforce at this consumer goods company.
In my current role I am embedded at Bloomberg, working closely with their R&D teams to develop a custom CRM solution for the salesforce.
When I'm not digging around for insights to help the agile team improve our product, I’m experimenting with artworld experiences at my exhibition space TRANSFER in Brooklyn, NY which supports emerging computer-based practices in contemporary art.
